I had severe back issues by sitting on a normal plastic chair while working from home. The cost of a new chair was min 3k - 4k. This cushion eliminates the gapbetween the cair and your back, relieves pain and allows you to work for hours. The strap can be used to tighten it so it has a snug fir on the chair. I am loving it, saved me good amount of money.
