The unit works good thatโs what it says. Fit in my window. All the parts were there that was important.

Not cooling
Heats fine...when we bought it it was cold, very cold...but now 75 degrees and AC not working very well. Can't send back coz out of return policy date. : /

Hard to do a return with this seller.
Seller wants me to pay return shipping on an item they sent me that was defected. Had the same problem with seller on another return.

This product does not work as it should. It was a complete waste of money. The seller did refund my money because the product did not blow warm on the heat mode as expected and advertised
