The hardest part was opening the box 😊 No, seriously—the trickiest part was cutting the tip, because using the product was straight forward. I first tested this grout repair kit on my shower floor since it’s a relatively small area and I wanted to see how it would hold up in a moist environment. After a month, I’m very happy with the results. It still looks great, which is why I bought a second kit in a different color to use in another area. A little product goes a long way. The key is removing the excess to get a clean, professional-looking finish. The tool included for removing excess grout is excellent—flexible, easy to handle, and with different angles that really help during finishing. Overall, easy to use, effective, and well thought out. Highly recommended.

Easy to use, fast drying and true to color. So far the repair work is great, no cracks and simple application process. This was done in a shower and I did use a sealant after for added protection and would also recommend having your own set of grouting/caulking tools to make the job smoother

I didn't get the plastic applicator grout tool that was supposed to be included. Although I did get a pencil. (not that I need a pencil to apply grout, lol) I am not experienced with grouting, or making home repairs, so this was new for me. I thought the job would be more difficult, but I was pleasantly surprised with the application and the end results. It does dry quickly (have a damp sponge or cloth so you can remove mistakes). I used it in my shower and kitchen floor, and it refreshed the look of both areas. Since I didn't have the plastic tool, I used my finger (a friend suggested using a damp finger to smooth grout). It worked well! I liked the applicator bottle, since it applied in the grout line grooves neatly. My cleanup job was minimal, since I applied slowly and directly into the grout lines, so my work remained relatively neat. The color is a very light beige, or off white/vanilla. I wished it was a medium beige. But I'm still happy with the results.

I want to tell Lippy Solve- Thank you. The “scan me” QR card inside led me to a Beautiful instructional webpage that is easy to understand and organized so well. It taught me things just reading that page that I hadn’t known with past grout applications. The quality of the square scrapper is great! It’s not just some cheap piece of plastic and looks and feels as if it’s actually made just for this purpose! The 8.8 oz tube of grout is so easy to handle, clean and all of it just looks like someone cares. Not like someone’s just trying to make a quick buck and it is REALLY GREAT to see❤️🙏 BUT THE BEST PART OF OPENING THIS TRULY IS THE TOTALLY UNIQUE GIFT YOU INCLUDED FOR A CUSTOMER - This is a first for me….. they have a working new pencil in a cardboard type case that says something like- although small, our contribution and gift for you is from and by Nature. There are instructions on the lite cardboard box protecting the pencil show you that first you use the pencil (I loved that was said lol) and once the pencils short from use….and the instructions go on to tell you that from there to position the pencil a certain way placing it into a pot of soil!! A part of their pencil must flower and will grow!! The fact that a company making grout care enough to help everyone plant more nature when they are a completely different sort of company and I’ve not seen that before! Usually it’s magnets and paper or stickers that double as a free gift and PR advertising and instead of them being most important it’s their messages and wanting to help that calmed first for them. That is worth a lot of praise so forgive me for going on about this and of course the quality of their product is equally as amazing!!! These are people and a company that I want to commend and I will def be seeking out to support them and any other products they might have❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 You guys ROCK!! Thank you!

Am applying this to old grout lines in my kitchen and dining room. Looks great, and appears to be tough and durable. Easy application with fingers. Just what I was looking for.

I thought purchasing the gray color would be a light gray because a dark gray color was also sold. But the gray color is a dark gray. I tried it out in an inconspicuous spot and it worked fairly well. It’s easier to use your finger than the included tool, but I can’t use it in more visible areas of my bathroom. I can’t seem to find a grout in a tube that is labeled light gray so I may have to purchase a white color and mix it.

Good product, works great and very easy to re-grout line.

I purchased the GREY. My grout was about 10 years old and looking dingy, even after cleaning. So I bought this and just ran a thin bead down the grout lines and ran my finger down it and it gave my old grout a new clean look! Let dry for a couple hours then used a hot damp towel and some pressure to wipe away the excess from the tiles themselves. So easy! And it looks AWESOME!
