This has become one of my favorite “natural” sunscreens, and I appreciate the effort the company makes to avoid plastic packaging and toxins. It’s creamy, easy to apply, and effective. My skin is fairly dry, so it doesn’t seem overly greasy to me, and it doesn’t have that white, pasty look. It has more of a glowy sheen, which I’d rather have than the dry toxins of a chemical sunscreen. Overall, I think it’s a good balance between safety and function.

I was looking for a sunscreen for my sensory sensitive daughter that was also clean. This is perfect! Non-greasy, easy to apply and not toxic!

works as intended and non toxic. But packaging is not good. It is recyclable cardboard, but not easy to use on the beach, especially if you have wet hands.

Im fair skinned and freckled and this worked well for me for a full day at an amusement park. It blends in well with almost no white cast to it. It is a bit thick to apply and leaves hands a bit greasy. I prefer applying before leaving the house. EWG verified, definitely would recommend 👍

The cream needs to be blended in because it's white on application, but it works great. I used it while walking the Cammino del Salento, and it worked great.

Super messy, don't buy this product. Greasy, product falls out of the applicator. Terrible product.

I didn’t like it it really oily

I use it after moisturizer and before applying foundation. Be patient with application - the product needs to warm up on your face as you rub it in. Not sticky; no white residue (my skin tone is fair); didn’t change how my foundation applies; there’s a slight sheen - almost a sparkle - so wearing it without foundation would be an option too.

Most sunscreens give me a rosacea flare. This one tones down the redness a bit with no irriation.

Takes a bit to rub in, but worth it for someone that is allergic to all the junk in typical brands.

The contents is awesome, but the dispenser is not really practical. The bar will go back inside with a slight pressure, so you have to hold it underneath with one finger as you apply it. It's a bit annoying at first, but more and more difficult as the bar gets shorter, unless you have long fingers I guess. But the description is accurate, it doesn't leave a white coat once applied, and it did a good job at protecting my skin and my toddler's. Kudos for trying hard to make a difference and reduce plastic use.

Love the concept but it is really greasy and it does leave your face white.
