OTC medicine or supplements like this Probiotic are impossible to evaluate because you have nothing to judge them against other than is your body is doing what they are supposed to help with. In this case, I think it is. What I look for when buying a supplement is it certified, the strength, the manufactures reputation, but principally, the unit price. Frequently advertised name brands are no better than the far less expensive generic brands. I would not have purchased this product if it did not offer good "band for the buck".

I like that this has 3 Billion CFU of the product in it -- instead of a huge, much larger amount. Too often a probiotic seems to want to use a dosage way over what is needed daily. So thank you to the manufacturer for making the dosage reasonable. What I was not happy about was that the extra additives were not referenced online. As someone who is very particular about extra additives, knowing that information is important.
