Well rounded tasty flour
Great gluten free product and I’ve used many ans gluten free is so much harder to work with. However with my few failed attempts and the watching of many videos i realise you have to be gentle with your ingredients. I mixed mine with yogurt to make flat bread and got great results. You just have to remember not to mess about with the flour too much as it is not as hardy as other flours. However, practice makes perfect and my flat breads have now been perfected. I would really recommend this flour for taste as well.

Very good quality, feel and taste.
Only used it twice but so far seems solid. I have been using gluten free flour for a while now and this one is not the best one in the world but it’s still very soft and gets the job done. Taste is nice which is important, and the feel is not too hard like other ones. I used some xantham gum and it was good enough to stretch it. Definitely the best one so far in the UK.

Best gluten free flour.
This flour is expensive however I think it is the best that I have found for gluten free crumble, pancakes etc. So I'll keep buying it for the above reasons.

Finally perfect GF Pastry
The best gluten free flour ever, great for cakes, sauces and makes perfect pastry, you can't tell the difference between this and wheat flour.

Just like regular flour
Excellent. Exactly what it says 1:1 flour for baking that more or less tastes like a regular flour based product. Cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pancakes all good. Haven’t tried to make bread, croissants, items where the specific consistency of flour is more essential to the outcome but basic cake like goods turn out well.

いつもi Herbで買っていましたが、i Herbの2倍の価格は高すぎます! そして、この日本代理店が出来てI Herbでは買えなくなりました。私はアパレル業界に長年いますが、普通卸値は60〜70%です。そう考えると酷過ぎます! 小麦粉代用のグルテンフリー商品の中でもいくつかの粉を混ぜてかなり小麦粉に近いこの商品はとても気に入っています。 独占はやめてほしいです。

Nice flour
Finally a gluten free flour that tastes like wheat flour. I made my chocolate chip cookies and they tastes great. One difference is, that you have to eat them fast as they don’t stay moist as long as wheat flour cookies

Worth the money
Better than any other gluten free flour I’ve tried to bake with - you really can substitute it 1:1 with any recipe that uses plain flour and the cakes turn out relatively light. I wouldn’t use it in place of self raising flour though.
