How stiff/hard is the ball? I'm currently using a lacrosse ball that is very stiff and love how it digs into the muscles.

It’s quite stiff.....if you use a lacrosse ball, it’s fairly similar, but with a larger surface area....Happy rolling!

Does this contain natural rubber latex?
