Pros: Value for money Portable Adjustable, (number of springs used) Strong Cons: Handles are smooth Handles are small if you want to hook your feet through them This item is very handy for my purposes, (putting in my rucksack for work/ trips away). 5 springs are way too strong for me, ( and I suspect most of the population), and I can comfortably use 2 at present, 3 at push. I always wonder why they’re too strong, but I suppose you can regard the extra springs as spares, should you sprain them. The product description talks about using them with your foot hooked through for leg exercises, but the handles are a tad small and smooth and it feels a bit unsafe unless the arch of your foot is over it. An exercise leaflet would have been helpful, but overall good for the expenditure.

The Handle broke on one side of the product with just normal use every other day! Springs seem ok but a shame they don't produce a more robust handle which after all is under high tension.

Not very tensile

Saw Alex Leonidas using a chest expander (watch his videos for exercise ideas) and if it's good enough for him then thought I'd try it out. Suprisingly verstaile, buy ironically pretty useless for the chest. This one is is sturdy enough, does the job but wont last forever. Gave me rear delt soreness like I'd not had in a long while. Great for triceps too. Can be used for other muscle groups but too but that's what I use it for. I have pretty well equipped home gym but this has quickly become of my regularly used items for its ease of use, quick set up and can be used to target muscles in different ways than your used to. For a tenner highly recommended. Much better strength curve than bands.
