Quiet and working better that the media u shaped

Yup it seems like a winner.
So far it's doing well. Likes:Very quiet,cools well although I haven't had a super hot day yet,side panels are much better than standard weak accordian style panels. Dislikes:didn't come with side panel seals as manual shows,doesn't show current room temp while in cooling mode so it's hard to tell if Tstat is accurate. Manual could be more detailed in operation dept. And the digital display fades out after a minute or 2 which I'm not a fan of. All in all I dig it. We'll see how it holds up this summer.

Best window unit I’ve owned
Amazing A/C window unit with remote and for the money, it’s the best one I’ve ever owned. I love that this window unit uses a compressor that scales up and down instead of just on or off and this makes it way more economical to run! It was easy to install and fit my standard window perfectly. It does a good job of filtering the air and is very easy to clean the filter. The air is really comfortable and does an amazing job at keeping the humidity and temperature just right so that the air feels perfect on your skin.

Works as advertised
The first unit was not cooling well at all. When you contact them via email it will take 24hr for response. Was able to get things worked out. I now have a perfectly working unit. It is quiet I’m able to work with customers without the noise. Things happen but it’s the correction that matters.

Great AC but no customer service.
Love this AC! Quiet, efficient. I liked it so much, I bought another. Then I had a question about shutting off clean filter icon and found out there is no 800 number! You can only send them an email and hope you get a reply.

Better blower direction requested
Had to use fans for it to blow in other connected room even turning the direction tabs it still blows straight forward, but for the most part it keeps it comfortable but is straining today. It is 98 degrees outside.

❄️ cold!
Had this 8000 BTU for my 275sq ft bedroom and it has done a great job this week. It's also quite and so I have forgotten to shut it off when I am not in the room a couple of times. Good value 👍 I also added an insulated screen for each side.

company will not paid for shipping return of defective a/c
This a/c came to me not cooling . Put the meter for 62 degree and got only warm air . I contacted the company for a return and they said that i would have to pay for the return . When i ordered that a/c i had already paid 30$ for the shipping . Why should i paid again for something that does not work . Bad business . My 30$ that i paid to get this defective a/ c ,should also be refund with the full price of that a/c .
