Was very easy to assemble. I like the adjustable backrest - works for quite a few exercises. Seems quite sturdy so far- the height is comfortable for me at 5’3. The seat is not too soft - and wide enough. All in all a good purchase

I have purchased and assembled three or four weight benches over the last few years. This one is by far the easiest one to assemble! Just two bolts and two pins and it’s done! They even provide the tools needed for assembly. While I haven’t used it much yet, it seems sturdy and structurally sound. I like the easy bench height adjustment rod. Not fancy, easy to use, and easy to quickly adjust. My last bench had these fancy “pull-out” knobs and pins that fit into holes in an adjustable sleeve. After a while, those pins began to slip out of the holes right when I was holding dumbbells over my chest. With 160 pounds of combined weight being held up over my body, the pin would pop out and the bench would suddenly drop nearly causing me to drop the weights onto my head and chest! Lesson Learned: Go for utility and practicality over fancy and expensive.

This is a nice starter bench (see what I did there?). It works well and assembly is a breeze. The assembly instructions were fairly straight forward and easy to follow. One of the things I really like about it is the adjustability. If you want to do incline, decline or flat exercises it works great for that and is quick/easy to adjust. The bench supports my rather substantial size (6ft, 240lbs) without any issue and allows me to do weighted workouts on my back or flip up to a knee without any issues. It actually holds up pretty well without much wobble or shifting. I'm not going to say it's as stalwart as a really nice bench but for a starter bench it's a solid place to begin your weight lifting journey. If you're just getting going, this is the bench for you. If you're a more advanced lifter and looking for something professional grade, this ain't it. But for me, where I'm at on rebuilding my fitness, it's a great place to start.

Lightweight, super easy to assemble within 5 minute, I am a petite woman and the bench fits perfectly. No wobbling and I feel safe using it. NO problem with the back support as others have mentioned. Takes up very little space and I have it set up with my TV and yoga props.

I only recently started working out, so not sure what im looking for exactly. But this bench feels rather firm but comfortable to use. Im able to fold it up and store it in a space that was perfect for it in my closet. I only particularly use 3 of the angles, and yes im a little shakey on it when im lifting but I just dont have the form down yet, and ive been improving. Do i feel like longer leg prongs to the side could help eith the shakeyness? Maybe. But I am also using it in a small space and on carpet of all things. So im sure im just not using it optimally.

Arrived on time, comes 90% assembled. 2 bolts and you’re in business. All necessary tools required for assembly are included, along with easily understood instructions. 5 minutes later I waa in business. Solid construction, perfect dense padding, and 16 different positions make it hard to beat at $69. I’ve already done my chest workout on this unit and I must stay I am very pleased. It is very comfortable in every position I have tried. Whenever making purchases online, I always keep in mind and most cases you get what you pay for. In this case, you honestly get more.. I saw benches going for three $400 so I thought this might be a real big piece. I was totally wrong. I’ve been working out for 20 years and this sits with the best and most comfortable of them that I’ve ever used! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

It’s smaller than I thought and I did bought it used so it has a rip. However I’m still going to use it and I’ll try to follow up with the outcome. If you’re taller than 5’7 and weigh more than 200+ lb maybe find a different one.

Live the bench. You can tell it’s good quality and sturdy. Super easy to assemble and I am not good with most assemblies. On top it comes with set of exercises.

Die Hantelbank ist schnell aufgebaut und macht trotz des leichten Gewichts einen sehr stabilen eindruck. Auch lässt sie sich sehr einfach und schnell verstellen. Besonders praktisch in einem Homegym. Gerne wieder

Excellent bench for the price, good quality and sturdy

No es igual de acolchado que un premium de gym pero tampoco es incómodo. Se siente super sólido y es lo suficientemente largo para una persona de 1.80. No roba mucho espacio ya doblado. Para su precio es una super opción para tener en casa!!!
