This is a very good tea, i drink it without sugar or honey. This is my 7th box, i find out it's work to regulate your hormones. Especially mood swings before and during your periods etc and other health benefits are for man, down below. If you know you know what i mean. Lol. Anyway all these are my personal experience. Good quality, tastes good. Costs 2-3x more than in shops in Europe though.

Absolutely love it.Less stress,more energy, more libido and i only drink one cup a day.Make sure you drink it daytime ,before late afternoon, otherwise you not gonna get much sleep..And also it can reducing ya blood sugar level so take it with food.
