Effective at a fair price!
Good quality, works well with a pill cutter because 200mg is too much for me at one time. I cut it in quarters. Cost effective, easy, and soft in the tummy. No bad taste with a gulp of water

I used this once so far and was very pleased at how it keep me alert. I did not get the jitters and I did not have a problem going to sleep 8 hours after taking the one pill.

They work fine. There are no jitters or crash. However, there are other caffeine supplements, with the same amount of caffeine, that are more effective.

Good for energy
I take one but I split it in half and take it with a half hour in between, it gives me energy without the wired out or jittery feeling, It doesn't suppress my appetite,I take it for energy to work.

Be careful with this stuff, it takes time for it to kick in! It is good, but it takes at least 2+ hours for it to kick in. I'm not sure if it's just the way my body metabolizes it or something, but I took 1, no effect, took another one, nothing and then a third one (I really shouldn't have). I felt absolutely nothing for a very long time and then nearly had a heart attack when it finally started taking effect...

I am one of the few women who has gout. The last few weeks, every bone in my hands ached! So I looked it up on the web for pills that. Would work to stop the pain. And guess what! The first day I used it I no longer had any pain!
