Rock your favorite shade without worries of transfer onto clothing, cups, etc. Because this product is so pigmented and transfer-proof - we recommend using an oil-based make-up remover of your choice to remove. Directions for use: apply a thin layer, allow to dry for a minute or two, apply a second layer if desired.
