Are all sizes included in the one pattern pack?

As per the listing the size are advertised as (s-XL) in this pattern - Minerva

To my knowledge XL is very XL . I was disappointed with this pattern , I didn’t like the way the shoulder seams were sewn together well after all other seams, they were difficult to line up. With Other dress patterns it is one of the first instructions! I would not buy again !
