A: Yes it comes with concrete anchors, they are metric so you will need to have the correct size concrete drill bit.

A: Name should tell us but I've had no problems with the lift

**Q: Install manual is junk. What bolts go where? I have some with Allen wrench on end and some standard. Which for the cross member and post extension?**
A: Yep the manual is junk. I did not use any of the Allen head bolts. There are 4 bolts for the top rail and I used the packing bolts for the post. Hope this helps.
