I suffer from Arthritis and I am a health freak. I workout 2 hrs at the gym every day, I do 1 hr cardio, 30 minutes weights plus I do Spinning for 1hr as well. I’ve been taking these for over 6 months now. Just ordered a new pack as the last ones are running out so they do last a while. The bottle suggests taking 6 tablets per day, I was taking 3 in the morning and 3 before bed and had no stomach problems or other side effects but also wasn’t feeling like I was getting any results. Switched to all 6 in the am and making sure to take them each day. Also had no ill effects. Within a month, I started to get compliments on my skin including from my sister who is persnickety on that sort of thing. I’m 48 years old from the Southwest and have been outside a lot in my life (with and without sunscreen), had acne as a teen and still have some scars, always had oily skin on noes and cheeks. But now, my skin tone is more even, the oily patches have balanced out, and my pores are decreasing. I’m doing a couple different beauty routines so I can’t say all that is the collagen but I’m sure some of it is.

Good value for the quantity. 6 pills a day is a lot, but I wanted to make it easy for travel. Not noticing anything different yet but it has only been a week or so.

So far, so good. I got this as I wanted to build/maintain bone, cartilage, muscle as I am getting older. Within days I noticed changes in my skin. I've been taking this about a month now and find my skin is much more elastic. My skin feels as though the layers under my skin are thicker and plumper. Fine lines and crepey-ness are disappearing. My skin is looking much younger. My hands alone look 10 years younger. I also feel stronger, but since I started going to the gym as well, not sure why that is. I do know that I seem to have a shorter recovery time for post gym workouts. I'm extremely pleased and think every woman (who's doctor OK's it) should try this if they are over 30. I plan to take this from now on. I will be re-ordering.

I started using this product years ago & have stopped a few times & that’s when I notice the loss of benefits. It takes about 3 weeks of use, but my skin & hair get healthier & a HUGE side bonus…my knees feel better. I am a 56 year old former runner. My knees can use all the help they can get!

My two biggest fears in life are: getting wrinked and fat! Hope this will help with the wrinkled part. I am in my 20's and have no wrinkles... YET! BUUUUT I would like to prevent the aging process from ever happening if that is even possible??? On a serious note I did notice my face looked a little plumper when using this so I'm guessing its the collagen or maybe too much salt in my diet? (j/k!) This product is awesome and also helps build tissue in your body which I dont think is a bad thing. When it comes to your health you need NOT be cheap! it is the best investment you can make :)

Since I tried this product, my pains in my ankles and feet have improved. I was overweight and my weight affected my tissues of my sole, knees and joints...I had to loose weight but had to take some supplement to help me during the process. This advanced collagen save me from having more pains.mwithin a week, I felt like a new person. I also noticed it had also managed my weight gain. I only drink 4 tabs a day. So far, it is doing me good as far as pain is concerned. I do not have pains anymore, and it continuos to managed my weight. Even if I eat a lot, my system tells me I am full. This is what Inhave observed during the last 12 months while taking it. I lost about 20 during a full,year of taking it. I don't diet at all. I eat whatever I want to eat in small portions because my body cannot take more.. I guess this product is responsible since I don't take anything else aside from my maintenance pills. I resorted to this product to ease the pain in my ankles and soles. Now, I feel great enjoying full activities. Now, I cannot go without it. I can walk longer with all the energy.

My hair has been thinning for years and I notice after a couple of months now that it’s noticeably thicker. Less hair in the shower drain.

I’ve used so many different collagen brands and this one is the one that I’ve actually noticed a difference. After a month of taking it, my nails were stronger. After two months, my eye bags didn’t look as hallow. Collagen in tablet form is much more convenient than the powder I find. Also I take 4 a day, not 6.
