Others seem to be better. *by S***Z on Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2018* I have osteoarthritis and 2 bulged discs in cervical area of my back. I have used similar products like this 1 before and had no problem. But the straps on this one get all twisted up and do not seem to have as much support as others.
