Keep a soap next to your pillow, instead of this
It has absolutely no positive effect on your sleep. Total waste of money. Buy some essential oil instead. Smell is also weird

Smells too strong like a toilet cleaner
I got this because the reviews looked good and the ingredients were interesting but the smell of all these items is very weird and makes it feel like a strong toilet cleaner. It’s the opposite of relaxing

Not sure it works
Strong smelling...but no guarantees it is effective. For a stubborn insomniac like me...hardly does anything. Even if i fall asleep because of it - a big IF- I still wake up at 3:30am...
