I am a senior and I have used plastic one step stools every in my home. I have had falls and use to help me get myself off the floor-not being able to do so without assistance. The thing is they tip and although I finally get up to sit on one I wanted something more sturdy. I was delighted when this stool arrived. The weight of it makes me trust it won’t tip. Another benefit it is wider than those plastic ones. Of course I use it for standing on too. Very happy I purchase this certainly feel safer to help me up or reaching. I would recommend.

Extremely sturdy but height not adjustable.

The extra lenght & width on this step stool allows you to safely place both feet on it before taking a next step, I had back surgery and my son was driving me to and from appointments, and his truck is rather high so I needed a step stool just to help me get up to the truck's step to get in it, This one was just perfect geting in and out of the truck, and helped avoiding any additional pain!!

It’s perfect for my bedside. My bed is very high and I’m 5’11. This tool is very sturdy. Foot length and width is very good. I recommend it.

Sturdy, not too heavy, exactly as described

At 5' 2", I finally got tired of stretching to reach things or asking a taller family member to get something off a high shelf and decided on this stool. It is large and very sturdy, serving my needs as I had hoped it would. The one problem I have is with the rubber mat that covers it. While it helps by keeping the surface from being slippery, mine is loose around all edges and creates a risk of tripping if my foot catches on the edge, which sticks up from the stool. I was too lazy to go through the bother of returning it because I really do like the stool itself. If I ever find my glue gun, it should be easy to repair myself.

Great step stool! Very safe and stable, it will last a lifetime.

I’m 6 ft tall and 381lbs and have arthritis in my knee and I needed something to help me get into my extremely high bed and I was worried if the product would hold up when I got to stand on it to get into bed. It holds up with the metal legs and frame and will buy this product again. Although, I see this product lasting for years

To preface this review, I should tell you that I am 5’5” tall and weigh 265 lbs, I basically look like a round ball, Willy Wonka would roll me to the juicing room, lol. I needed a ‘small step stool’ to help me reach to my top cupboards and the top shelf of my closet. I have used one of my wooden dining chairs in the past but lugging it around and the height was just becoming too much of a hassle. Ordered this baby and I’m jumping for joy. Though it’s not super high, it’s high enough so I can reach to the back of my top cupboards and the high shelf in my closet. This thing is SOLID. I mean, I have full faith that it will not tip or break. The legs are constructed in a way that it doesn’t matter if I don’t step dead center on the stool, it won’t tip over. It smells like rubber when first out of the package because the top is covered with a textured rubber but after a day of off-gassing, no more smell. I highly recommend this to anyone of substantial weight or has mobility issues. If balancing is a problem, order the one with the long handle to hold on to. I should note that I am in Canada 🇨🇦 and didn’t need to assemble the stool, it came fully assembled out of the box.

The quality of the product is very poor, it broke after the first week of use
