Super nice stair stepper, portable.
This stair stepper is really easy to use . It is super portable. I keep mine in the closet upstairs and pull it out when needed. The straps help for balance but you do not have to use them. it is one size fits all and so it works for every shoe size and person and helps you with your health and heart rate. You can get a get workout and work up a sweat with this item . Highly recommend if you are looking to help with fitness. Great for the whole family.

Great little stepper!
So when I bought this stepper I was at 324lbs and at first I hated it because I wasn't used to it and my body was used to doing too much movement. Please keep in mind that I bought it to use as a low impact form of home therapy because due to my medical treatments on top of my weight I had issues with joint pain and lots of inflammation. Started out on the lowest resistance and used light hand weights versus the bands that came with it, and as I got use to the stepper I went up in resistance. I get a great workout and the stepper is very comfortable as well as durable. It does squeak as you use it, but I just use a bike chain lubrication spray from my local bike shop and it was fine. Please note that it took me a month using it for it to start squeaking. Using this I've reduce a lot of my joint pain and swelling, thought it wasn't my goal at first....I've lost weight and I'm currently 260lbs. This stepper has helped me a lot but I had to also fix my eating habits. I use it twice a day because I'ma bit lazy and don't like to be on there for the whole designated 30 mins (15 mins before work, and 15 mins after work before I head to my water therapy sessions or before I settle down to paint on certain days). I use this stepper 4 days a week

Mostly OK machine but dangerous if you lean back too far.
I wish resistance was adjustable but I guess you get what you pay for. Some reviews mentioned a squeak but it seems quiet to me. One note of CAUTION!!! Make sure your toes are up against front toe stops. If your foot is too far rearward the machine can tilt backward lifting the front like doing a wheelie on a bike. Surprised me the first time this happened to me. If you rock your weight back on your heals the same will happen. Would have been better if the manufacturer had extended the rear legs rearward another couple of inches to completely avoid that potentially dangerous situation. Just be careful when using to not shift your weight too far backward and you should be fine. Other than that issue it seems to work well and does about what I expected. Allows me to have some movement while working at a stationary desk which is what I wanted. Just wish it wasn't so tall because it's now difficult to type on a keyboard because when using it. This devise raises me up about 7 inches off the ground and my standing desk doesn't go any higher. If you want a bit of leg movement it’s great but I would NOT recommend this for someone with balance issues, it’s too unstable if you are not paying attention.

Excellent Durable Quality Stepper
I received this item today and wasted no time testing it out. Assembly is quick and easy! The product is very sturdy which is great for balance. I do like the knob to adjust the tension and ease of the stepping motion. The resistance bands add a nice touch for upper body workouts. I've own a stepper before which was noisy and the stepping motion was not so fluid. With this stepper, Merach delivers and checked a lot of boxes. Not noisy and youll get a good workout! Definitely, worth buying!!

Does what it’s supposed to, just has a few gripes
Took nearly no effort to put together, has smooth stepping movement and holds up very well. I am not crazy about the adjustments, it’s doesn’t register steps if it’s too loose and it’s difficult to find a nice “middle ground”. I can work up a sweat pretty quickly but it does start to make an awkward squeak noise after a while. At first it was just if I used it for a long period of time, now it seems to happen quite often, especially if I use it at a really quick and really slow speed. Another “difficult to find a middle ground” situation. Works fine but could be a little better for the price, especially since there are so many options available.

Sturdy
VERY easy to assemble. Simple, straight forward way to use. Been using it since it got here and it's very sturdy, has great resistance to support a steady workout. I'm a bit out of shape so I started off with 20 mins at a time, 2x a day. I make sure to stretch beforehand so my legs don't get all cramped up. It works great as I can feel the burn in my thighs & calves. Haven't used the arm bands too much but they work pretty good too. Love that it doesnt take up much space at all so when Im done ita easily put away. I also appreciate that thw little screen keeps track of thw steps, calories, and time. All in all I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend.

It works on a basic level
Review update: I recently purchased this stepper and reviewed it after a few issues that do still exist, however after my initial I bought this mini twist stepper because this was my first time trying this equipment out and I didn't want to spend a lot of money right now. This mini stepper does work well as it did make me sweat. There is a very loud squeak every time you step, the timer and counter only worked for the first 2 minutes and no longer moves or changes, the screen sometimes goes in and out and still doesn't change it just turns on and off. My stepper was missing a foot cover when it arrived. Now the stepper does work and I will continue to use it as long as it continues to work, and I do think the price is quite reasonable I just wish there were less issues.

Great investment
I have a small space so the compact nature of exercise equipment is important. It has an electronic step counter, timer, and calorie counter. I haven’t used the resistance bands much, but they are a great feature. The base is sturdy and the product is generally well-made and it is easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase and it does exactly what it needs to to help me with cardio training. However, after almost 2 months the step counter stopped working accurately.
