Installation and setup for this product is basic and straightforward. The only necessary tool is a small hex wrench and can be found in the product packaging.  Begin by taking the shaft of the paper towel holder and fasten it to the base via the screw located at the bottom. Then use the hex wrench to remove the screw from the small cylinder that the tension arm is placed into. Do not remove the small screw located on the tension arm itself Simply set the tension arm into the small cylinder and then reattach the screw to where it was located originally using the hex wrench. Do not attempt to screw the tension arm into the small cylinder. It will not thread in. Note that the tension arm will not fit all the way into the hole . This is ok because the spring that sticks out is what allows the tension arm to move and adjust its size. For further clarification on assembly refer to the last product photo.
