I had this device for 2 month and while using it. This device started smoking bad. It never worked again. Total waste of the large amount of money spent on it. Could not tell you if it even worked. Did not last long enough to find out. Can say that one on heads on this machine I or my wife could use as it caused a high pitch ringing in my head even on the lowest setting. Waste of money update as of 7/7/25 seller customer service messaged me after this review and apologized and offered me full refund or replacement. When I asked for the refund. They stopped responding. What your thoughts on the matter? Poor customer service or ?
