I really like this product, the flavor is very good. It's very creamy. I cannot use it regularly because like most others it has ingredients that cause me to get a rash, but that's my issue not the product. I can use it once or twice a week without a problem. I use it for protein supplement and added weight. Very good. And not a bad price for the volume.

I don’t recommend it it’s heavy on the stomach

My bf is an oil driller and the work is very hard on the body no matter what he eats even when I feed him like a dog LOL After 4 weeks of this with milk, he gained 40 plus pounds! He looks great it went on in all the right places. Now he's at his desired weight and he's halfed the daily consumption as a sort of maintenance. He loves this stuff. I notice he complains less about his knees and hips now too, I expect that's the creatine.
