Truly An Excellent Value in a Great Cable
I was in need of a pair of relatively short XLR extension cables for the connection of a pair of amplified studio monitor speakers. Of course, searching you are presented with a wide range of choices. My application is not particularly demanding. I will really just install these and rarely ever move or disconnect them. But, still experience teaches me to use good quality cables, and especially good quality connectors. These Kxable XLR Cables absolutely check all of the Blocks. The cable itself is a buttery flexible heavy-duty PVC jacketed cable that is available in a wide range of colors. If you are moving your sound setup around having color coded cables makes life much easier. So, that's a plus over a big box of black cables. Plus, they look cool. The weak link in most cables of virtually any type, be it audio, RF or power, is normally the connectors and their installation quality. This is especially true if you connect, disconnect, coil and uncoil a lot. Connector wires love to break internally and the pins love to develop difficult to deal with intermittent connection and noise issues. I recommend getting a can of De-Ox-It or similar deoxidizing and electrical lubricant spray or in the case of more permanent connections some dielectric gel to keep moisture and atmospheric humidity out of your connections. These Cables have connectors and the all important strain relief of truly outstanding quality, especially in consideration of the very reasonable price point. These are quality metal connectors which should prove very durable. The spring-type strain relief is a bit rare these days unless you are spending big bucks on connectors. That used to be the norm. Today, you often get molded plastic connectors and strain relief. Now, that might be fine if you are plugging your cables up and forgetting about them. But, you absolutely can't beat metal connectors with nice long metal spring-type strain reliefs. Cost is a factor. But, when, like here, you are getting these premium connectors at no added cost it's a non-question. These are truly excellent cables. For the cost they are hard to beat. I highly recommend them.

Decent cable
I needed a cable that would stand out, and this yellow cable was it. I bought the 20 ft yellow cable. The cable thickness is what I wanted, it is thin but not fragile thin. So far I have been using this cable for 9 months, and it is not picking up any unwanted sound. I am thinking if I take care of this cable, it will last me a couple years. This XLR cable is at a decent price point.

Excellent XLR ends, Bright Colors, Good Performance
I got this mostly on its cable colors and price combined with its good quality XLR ends (per reviews I'd read). The cable lived up to expectations, with a nice bright color (Orange on mine), excellent XLR ends that click into place solidly and provides good connection for my mic. The only negative I discovered is that the long coiled metal strain relief can get in a way in some installations, such as at the end of a mic boom arm, if your arm has cable management built in that lets you put the cable away inside. That metal coil can be hung up on the arm, introducing vibrations from the arm straight to the XLR mic connection, even with my mic on a shock mount. Had to angle the shock mount and "loop" the cable once before going into the boom arm cable management. I also added a ferrite core in the loop to dampen vibration from the arm to the XLR connection. Anyhow good cable, but I'd probably get a different design cable without the coiled metal strain relief for use on a boom arm.

Excellent quality cable and looks great too.
I was getting a lot of EMI noise from my PC's GPU and upgraded to a better cable that offered more shielding. The quality of this cable was excellent and the spring strain relief on the mic end looks premium as it's chromed and matches the brushed aluminum XLR jacks nicely. It did help reduce the EMI, but I ended up putting my PC in a new case without a window moving it further away to remove all of it. So I would say this cable WAS better than others - it wasn't and probably couldn't compete with the amount of noise my GPU was generating.

Good quality and good price
I bought this for my podcast style microphone.. I'm new to recording, but it seemingly works well. No complaints here!

Not as image shows, but still very good
Not a deep purple as images show, it's a royal/light purple, but still a high quality cable with a clean signal. Direct monitoring out of my audio interface reveals no noise hiss, but instead my background noise - really good. The metal reinforcements, helping relieve immediate bend which may stress/break the cable, is a nice touch. The cable is easy to install, only needing both ends plugged into the right places - easy function and use. It's a really great cable, and nothing overpriced! My only gripe is, again, the purple color isn't like the images.

Clean signal, solid build, and looks great
It’s an XLR cable, so there’s only so much to say — but so far, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I picked up the short 3 ft version to run between my mic mute switch and my Focusrite Scarlett interface, and it’s been perfect for that. No added noise, no signal issues, just clean audio. I also like the design more than expected. The white color stands out and looks clean in my setup, and the metal spring/coil reinforcement near the connectors (strain relief) gives it a more durable feel where cables usually wear out first. I haven’t had it long enough to speak on long-term durability, but initial impressions are solid. It feels well-built, looks good, and works without any problems. If that holds up over time, it’s an easy 5 stars.
