Really happy with this quick release. It’s solid, easy to use, and saves me a ton of time when switching between handheld and tripod shots. Locks in tight with no wobble, and detaches smoothly when I need it to. Build quality feels durable and reliable. Definitely a must-have if you’re filming or shooting on the go.

I wanted to use an old camera tripod for making a plein air painting easel. I centered and glued the top plate onto an 11x17 clipboard. Works perfectly! Snaps on and off the tripod.

Great product. It makes removing the camera from a tripod quick and easy. It holds cameras and large telephoto lenses securely.

It's not often I leave a review so quickly after receiving a product but WOW. This little device exceeded all my expectations. Not only is the price of $25 very reasonable, and not only can you can also purchase the top plate separately, but the build quality and thought that went into the design is *chef's kiss*. I use a telephoto lens that goes up to 800MM and haven't noticed any extra wobble or give once it clicks into place. Likewise, it's male mounting screw can be screwed in by a flat head and a 4mm allen wrench. It also has a bit of rubber that seems to be very secure. Over all, this QD plate has to be the best I've ever used for the price and if you need one, this is the one to get!

I have a lot of tripods. A mini, a standard, selfie stick, wall mounts, all kinds and I HATE screwing things on tediously. You put the male end on your camera body (and car key tighten it) and the female end on a stand of your choice and you'll never want to think about traditional hot plates ever again. I have like 6 of these. It is likely your camera may loosen over time which I have re tightened a few times. I've never once had to re tighten a stand after 2 years of semi frequent use

I use this in a hunting situation. I spend most of my time glassing with binoculars on a bipod to locate animals but when I find something and I want a better look at I’ll use a spotter. This tool makes switching from binoculars to my spotting scope so simple. Construction seems solid. Very light weight. Locking mechanism is a nice feature. So far extremely happy

The thread on the bottom of my Zoom H8 sound recorder was starting to wear off from constant, everyday use and screwing it on and off a little tripod. Something had to be done and I started looking for a plate that could be permanently attached to the H8 and would easily let me put it on the tripod and take it back off. This little gizmo does the job PERFECTLY!! It is also very lightweight and seems super durable. It made it VERY easy to give it 5 stars!!!

Well made product. Once attached to a camera it has a flat base so you can put the camera down. Secure fitting to the main body - which can be attached to a monad or tripod.

Um meinen Beamer schnell auf und ab zu bauen und den Kugelkopf des Ständers zu schonen suchte ich eine passende Schnellwechselplatte. Diese hier von Ulanzi zeichnet sich durch einen speziellen Verschluss aus, der beim Auf- und Abbau eine rein vertikale Bewegung ermöglicht. Bei anderen Wechselplatten ist oft ein kippen der Kamera oder in meinem Fall des Beamer nötig, da erst eine Seite eingerastet werden muss. Das ist bei größeren Geräten wie einem Beamer schwieriger zu handhaben.
