It has more protein than other brands, 24 grams per serving which is pretty decent. The ingredients are clean and nutritious. It is an ideal for breakfast and it keeps me full for longer period. It's very easy to make, if you want you can add extra nuts and fruits. Definitely value for money!

I don't like it... Not good taste.
Not Tasty at all. I didn't like it. I have tried other brands also. They are very good as compared to Dr. Choice's oats. Also need to cook first before eating.
