can we collect data to a computer from this multimeter? what software is available for this purpose?

Please note,I do not use a computer with my DM3058E. But in the Rigol users guide in section 3 pg.15,16 and 17. under "Remote control via LXI (only for DM3958)" I trust this helps

Does this product come with a calibration certificate and report?

It was a long time sense I got it but I do believe that it came with a factory test saying what the voltage limits were and where it measured and with what measuring standard they used.

what is the difference between the 3058 and 3058E?

The 3058 has additional connectivity options than the 3058E. It has an internet and a GPIB connection. The core multimeter is otherwise the same.

Is logging option available on this device?

It has an RS-232 port and a USB port that you can use to log data.
