Extremely disappointing. It is being sold as ceramic pans, HOWEVER, they are ceramic coated pans. The coating is peeling off before first use.

The pan is very good at browning chicken thighs with virtually no sticking and clean up is a breeze. Also cooked pork chops and Italian sausage and achieved good browning with no sticking. The pan goes in the oven to and performs flawlessly. I highly recommend it,
