Works great! Another key off my key chain. Custom settings are awesome. Comes with 2 keys, opens with a code, fingerprint is reliable. Very happy with this purchase. Stylist looking too. Sturdy and solid. Will purchase another one.

I usually don’t write reviews but i do look at them so i wanted to leave something helpful. It was difficult to put on our door (our door is metal we needed to make some extra holes in it) it was a 3 person job LOL but we did figure it out. It does not come with batteries so you will have to buy AA batteries. I’m not complaining i do love it now that it’s set up. The app lets you do temporary codes if you’re having someone come over for x amount of time & don’t want them to have your permanent code (which also can be changed on the app at anytime) I only needed 4 finger prints but i am able to add more in there if need be. You can do more than one code. I love the two cards it comes with you just put it close to the reader & it unlocks. It does lock automatically after 5 seconds (time can be changed to more) if you set it up in the app. If you choose not to set it up it won’t lock automatically - users preference. You can choose for it to make sound when locking/unlocking. You’re able to unlock the door from your phone. It comes with video instructions on setting up. Like i said it is a little difficult especially if your door doesn’t have all the holes already +metal- you’ll have to use a tool to go through a metal door but once your holes are in it’s an easy set up.

Great little handle set, upgraded from level and really like this thing. The one drawback I have is that the door must be absolutely flush for the smart lock to work appropriately. Was able to program multiple prints and pass code, easy for the kids to operate. Good value for the money, make sure you get the right size.

This was the first of two locks I installed on the house I bought. I started with this one because it’s the least used of the two doors I was going to do and the most complicated of the two. Having previous experiences with keypad opening devices I thought maybe I had mid-ordered as I had a blank screen with a “fob” image. I thought oh well I’m started it is what it is. The keypad is digital. Once you’re setup and powered up you touch it and you’ll see the numbers. So it’s not you. I’m a professional automated machine technician so if I didn’t pick up on it immediately don’t feel bad if you don’t either. The bottom hole for the fastener. They provide you with a paper template which is great, but there is a sliding fastener at the bottom so you just gotta be close. It’s more important to be on a straight line too to bottom than exact on the measurements. Don’t torque everything down until you get to a point where you will be covering fasteners. Alignment of the bolts through the inner assembly plate to the outer assembly is much easier if you’ve got a little play room. Get them started and square it all up as you’re finishing. The door I put this on has been hanging with the same deadbolt for over 4 decades I’ll also tell you the people that have worked on this house and built it weren’t as professional as I’d like. You might have to make some adjustments. Bend a hinge or add a shim. Check the action of the deadbolt you’re replacing. If it doesn’t operate smooth then the new one won’t either. After adjusting strikers and hinges I stopped at good enough. If you push the door lock button and the lock struggles electrically then it’ll struggle to open. As this is the front door and least used, I may have to pull the handle to get it aligned properly to unlock. I can fix that, but the juice ain’t worth the squeeze on that repair for me.

We ordered this lock set for our home. In the past, we have used Yale locks, but I must say this Veis lock is easier, has more capabilities (opens with code, key fob, fingerprint or key) and is less expensive. I called their customer service and the call was answered promptly- no waiting and listening to cheesy music 😆. The customer service rep, Aaron walked me through the set up process. Once I told him what was happening, he knew immediately what I had done wrong and easily guided me through the correction. I would recommend this lock and especially their customer service. The lock functions beautifully and it looks great as well!

Really like this front door handle set. works great so far (about 6 months) and battery life is really good. Can use the key, fingerprint, the fob or enter a code to unlock the door.

This is a very good looking front door lock. It was easy to install and manage with the app. I have easily added fingerprints, custom passcodes. Used the app to lock and unlock. Used my fingerprint to unlock. The lock is smoother and feels more substantial than my old one. I would suggest that anyone who buys this, go thru all the instructions before beginning the installation. I will buy another for my other doors.
