Received an e-mail from the seller almost immediately after placing the order, to make sure I’d ordered the correct size, and asking if I minded the fact they had to bend the foam in half for easier delivery (it’s a 2 metre length and didn’t expect a 2metre length parcel, but so considerate of them to ask before shipping!). The foam easily returns to shape with a few bends and twists. Delivery date on ordering was 2 to 3 days, but to my surprise, received it the next day! Exactly the item I was expecting, exactly the quality I was hoping for, and ideal for my purpose ( to fit over the hard armrests on my camping chairs……different I admit from its intended purpose, but perfect for the job and a fraction of the cost of cushioning 2 chairs with other arm pads available).
