Es la segunda vez que pido la devolución del artículo, ya que lo he recibido raspado de la pintura y golpeado de la tapa, la bolsa del empaque, llego maltratada. estoy solicitando la devolución de mi dinero. Llegó sin ninguna protección el thermo, baila completamente dentro de la caja y es una pieza delicada.
