Easy to install, sharp picture and great back up from Elgato

bought for my daughter, she loves it! i originally tried buying the bundle on Elgato site, but the package got stuck at customs then returned. so i ordered on amazon, and was here very quickly. works well, quality is great, and i love that it has a slide cover for peace of mind

If your in the market looking for a webcam of this price ramfe this is the one to go for. This is a high quality built camera and is very good for streaming if you know how to adjust, camera brightness, exposure etc. So if your in the market for a camera that doesn't break the bank and is on offer you should definitely give this a try. With lighting it is top tier Pros: - Cheaper than others of the same quality (on offer) - Quality build - Good camera quality but gave 4 stars for this reason Cons: - Non detachable camera wire - Need a usb c on your pc or laptop to function - Software is hard to use at first and is hard to get quality right without the right lighting - can get quite fuzzy with quality

I’ve been using the webcam for weeks now, and it genuinely feels like a professional-grade tool. The image quality is stunning—crisp, excellent colour accuracy, and it handles lighting changes beautifully without looking washed-out. The build is solid too. Overall, it’s one of those upgrades where you notice a big difference.

Good webcam but broke in a couple weeks. I bought 2 of these cams as first one connector fell out & the same thing happened with the 2nd one.

Camera works great 1080p resolution, I used it for streaming on twitch and it been amazing, the software to change the settings works great too.

I have to agree with others here - I tried this webcam out to see how much better it would be than my £35 existing webcam. The hook-on bracket that attaches it to my display does feel lightweight and less secure than my current webcam. The picture quality in lower light is better than my current webcam, but in bright light (& I always use lights for video) it is only slightly better tbh. Also, the Neo facecam seems to constantly refocus, which pauses and blurs the video regularly and is distracting. Overall, if you want a budget webcam, there are some great ones for less than half the price of the Neo unfortunately! It is a shame but unfortunately I will be returning it.

Excellent quality image that can be controlled using the software. Plug and play. Highly recommended.

Kanske inte den bästa på marknaden men bra nog att vlogga framför, jag är kräsen men denna duger gott som webcam , jag saknar att kunna välja 25fps eller 50fps istället för 30 eller 60fps. Annars mer än helt okey.

Really good quality camera, plug and play, no Elgato software required. However if you DO install the software there are some added perks. Picture quality/camera resolution is much higher than the majority of laptop integrated cameras. Most applications have and "auto" brightness or white balance, but can be manually adjusted within the Elgato software. USB-C connectivity, OR add a USB C to A adapter (not included) for universal connection to any device. Small compact and lightweight. removable monitor clamp so you can add a threaded base/stand to it. If you want an all around good camera without breaking the bank, this is it. NO Mic, No Lights. This is the modern C920 without the MIC.

Muy buena cámara HD. Sin micrófono (innecesario si utilizas un sistema externo de captación de audio). Algo grande para mí gusto pero con dos grandes ventajas: una tapa de privacidad física y una gran aplicación (camera hub) del fabricante que permite ajustar todos los parámetros de la cámara y que se trasladen a cualquier aplicación (por ejemplo Teams). En particular permite el control del zoom (para no mostrar todo el ángulo que graba, que es bastante amplio) y desactivar el autofocus, que puede marear un poco si te mueves mucho durante videoconferencia. Es mejor dejarlo fijo ya que en general no se desenfoca. La aplicación si que tiene algunos filtros de color que no se trasladan a Teams. Pero, salvo eso, ha sido una gran mejora de la anterior cámara (una Logitech c270). En definitiva, una muy buena cámara HD a 60fps (los 4K son innecesarios para software de videoconferencia como Teams ya que no los soporta) a un precio contenido, con buena óptica (aunque quizás un poco más de ruido de lo deseable, aunque admisible) y un gran software detrás compatible con Windows y MacOS Silicon.

Device is really working fine but i received broken hinge, won't going to return this anyway since i only need the working camera

Très bonne qualité de l'image et nombreux réglages via l'appli. L'idée d'un support transparent est très astucieuse car pas de masque sur un écran à bord très fin. Attention, pas de micro !
