An excellent product. Useful to supplement your diet, especially in circumstances when you may become dehydrated. Just pop it in your mouth and let it dissolve or gently chew the tab to expedite the process. Will help replace electrolytes and other essential elements when you need it most. Highly recommend. A selection of flavors as well which makes it easier to take. No stomach upset or aftertaste.

They have a tart, fruity vibe that reminds me of Sweet Tarts or that fizzy candy I used to eat as a kid. They have a slight fizz when they dissolve in your mouth, so it feels more like a snack than a supplement. I love that I get a little sweet fix and the hydration I need without that massive sugar crash afterward. The little flip-top containers are perfect for my gym bag or purse. It’s so much easier than messing with powders and water bottles when I’m on the go. If you hate the taste of typical electrolyte drinks or just want something quick to pop after a workout, these are perfect.

Great flavors, very convenient! And THEY WORK! I do 1 hr BJJ then go directly into 1 hr Muay Thai. I pop 2 tablets during the switch and they’re a game changer! I also used these when traveling in Italy and we walked everywhere. Very good price, and the work incredibly!

PLEASE SEE MY EDIT BELOW Maybe great for some people. just not a fit for me I was so excited to get these ..I immediately got the container open and grabbed one ...threw the first one in my mouth .. bit down and fizzing foaming started, and my tongue was on fire. The foaming reminds me of candy I had when I was a kid, but I totally did not expect my mouth to have foam being created on top of my tongue. I returned mine ..well they gave me a refund for mine because I can’t take these. which is really unfortunate because they’re a great price. And looks like the flavors are great, but maybe it’s my particular mouth. I don’t know, but ... I couldn’t handle them. I was running for my water bottle. I want to get this product to my PT and he said why don’t you like these and I explained what was going on he said well then don’t chew them. See if you like them then. And that was a difference biting them was a bit much for me. I didn’t like that. There was so much foam in my mouth. I’m biting them, but the slow fizz when you just let them melt like a lozenge not bad at all in fact, it’s perfect. So I definitely want to update my review here and change my three star to a five star and I’ll let you know that I will be buying these again and I almost feel guilty that I got a refund. And the seller was kind enough to reach out to me and that was very nice too. I highly recommend these. Whether you’re gonna chew them or are you gonna let them dissolve slowly these are great. The price difference with the competition that’s out there is astronomical. And I want to thank venture Pal for coming out with such a great product.

(this is a transcript of my video review!) I wanted something to boost my energy. I’ve been using various of the dissolvable ones that you put in the drink. I didn't even know you could have chewable ones. Not being a connoisseur yet in this field. Now, these are kind of cool. There's a whole bunch of them in it, and it's nice and chewy, and you put it in your mouth, and you chew it, and bam, you're hydrated. If this had effects, then I would have edited in some sunbeams. It's nice, it's fizzy, it's kind of like one of those sweets or candies you may have had when you were younger, or still be eating. Does it really hydrate and really work? Don't know. I kind of felt more of a kick from the bigger dissolvable ones. But it's so nice to eat, and maybe it's doing something. So, I'm gonna put it at three, should I be generous, four. We'll give it four stars. I don't know, give it a go, see if it works for you. I'm a bit on the fence, but it tastes nice.

I have POTS and I keep these in my purse. They work great. A little sour. Don’t chew them or you’ll be foaming at the mouth. They taste good like candy. The orange was my fav. The watermelon tastes like the ice breakers.

BEST electrolyte tablets I’ve tried! These are so yummy. Great fruit flavors, a bit tart but nothing too sour. They fizz a bit in your mouth as they dissolve, they’re like a candy. Love the containers, I have one in my purse, car, work and home. They definitely help when my blood pressure is too low or I’m feeling dizzy. I have HEDS and MCAS and my doctor said to push electrolytes and these help me when I just can’t get the fluids in.
