I did manage to borrow a copy from the Trust's Library- this is a very useful book and I would agree, a must for professionals working with these conditions. I therefore rate this 5 stars. I don't agree with the part on night terrors at all, I was disappointed with that part :/ go online and look up night terrors .. we call it sleep paralysis nowadays, its something to do with lucid dreaming not quite working out. Its a complex area but the point is they did not cover the night terrors that most people are referring to online in forums which are far FAR more scarier and real seeming.. and sounds nothing like this version.
