A very good weight gainer for increasing calorie intake and muscle mass.
I bought MuscleTech 100% Mass Gainer to supplement my diet, and it has worked quite well for me. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie flavor is pleasant; it's not too sweet and is easy to drink, especially when prepared in a shake. It dissolves well and isn't as thick as other gainers I've tried. I mainly use it after workouts or between meals when I need to increase my calorie intake. The protein and carbohydrate content is high, so it's useful for building muscle mass. I like that it already includes creatine, which is a bonus and saves me from having to buy separate supplements. It's a good option if you train consistently and are looking for additional nutritional support alongside a proper diet.

Tastes good and great value! Would buy again!
Tastes good, good quality and doesn’t ruin the appetite. Great price compared to others. Decent sugar content.

Packed on 16 lbs in about 2 months.
I am a hardgainer but my excuse is because of my daily schedule that I do not make time to sit and eat whole meals. I opted for this to put on some weight. I was 145lbs before taking it and now am 161 lbs. Nice and fluffy looking and pretty solid with my workouts and other supplement stack I take. This has been nothing but good for me because in comparison to other mass gainers, they lack the creatine, glutamine and the extra carbs and protein. The chocolate flavor is delicious. It is about a week supply BUT i extend it to 2 weeks by taking just half a serving daily which is 3 scoops. Why? Because it is A LOT of liquid. With the 3 daily scoops, i break it down to 1 scoop with oatmeal for breakfast and the last 2 after my workout. I’m not in a rush to put on weight so the full serving (6 scoops) down to 3 scoops (half a serving) a day is perfect and with consistency you will see the gains just not as fast as a full serving. A few things to watch out for is bloating which should not be an issue if you break the servings/scoops throughout the day and keep moving/being active as well because with mass gainers (at least for me) it tends to slow my digestion and eating whole foods/meals becomes complicated because your body gets used to being full off of liquids and your bowels are not solid, but a bit loose. Therefore, in my experience it is a perfect mass gainer for a quick weight gain but definitely DO NOT make it a long term supplement if you are able to and begin to invest in the whole/real foods/meals to take the place of this. But everyone is different. For me, this would work possibly for a season through out the year and just maintain with actual food and supplementing with the creatine and glutamine separately. This is my experience, everyone is different and I wish everyone success with this supplement.

Tastes great
I make milkshakes with these. When I used the recommended portions, it was super thick and slimy. I make half the powder it says with the full amount of milk and the rest of the blender with ice and it tastes great. Definitely saw slight results after a week!

Serving size is crazy, and flavor doesn’t seem to match the label
Not impressed by the serving sizes and nutritional facts. Didn’t I don’t love the flavor. I was practically in disbelief when I read that one serving should be 6 scoops of powder. Then, I saw how large the scoop is, and was even more confused. According to the packaging.. one container has 7 servings. Really? 6 large scoops seems wild. I could get 60 grams of protein with some other brands with less than half the powder found in 6 scoops of this.. and with twice as many servings in a container. It just doesn’t make good sense to me. I didn’t realize the powder would be more of a carb drink than a protein drink.. Then, it’s said to be chocolate flavored, but I swear mine tastes like vanilla, and far too sweet for me. The packaging says chocolate.. the flavor seems to contradict. I’m sorry to say I’m fairly disappointed with all of the above. Double check the nutritional facts and serving sizes to see for yourself. The flavor is a separate opinion, I suppose.

DO NOT BUY. MADE ME SICK.
First time I had this was at work. I had 8 ounces of almond milk, 8 ounces of water, a banana, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/2 a cup of oats. I normally do this combination but with protein powder. Thought I'd try a mass gainer to add even more calories. Overall, it came up to just above 1,000 calories. Not a huge deal. I have had plenty of thousand calorie meals. The first night at work I felt sick within the first half an hour of taking it. My mouth was dry, my head was foggy, my mind was racing, I was pacing back and forth, when I was sitting down I was heavily tapping my right foot against the ground. I wanted to leave. I felt like I was having a panic attack. I sucked it up and worked my shift. When I got home I immediately made a hot bubble bath with espom salt, which I could only muster 5 minutes in without feeling the urge to get out, took some pepto and laid on my bed for about half an hour. I could finally move but I still felt sick. Better, but not back to normal. Had a good night sleep and woke up much better. Second night, which for me is right now, I had just the mass gainer powder, 8 ounces of almond milk and 8 ounces of water. Nothing added to it, figured it was probably too much calories, in particular carbs. Nope. Not only did the EXACT same thing happen as the previous it was so much worse. Having food in it helped, having no food in it at all made it stupidly worse. Everything that happened before x 10 and then now I have really bad gas and muscle stomach cramps. I had to leave work half an hour early. I also bike to work and back, and biking back, for the first half of my 10-mile ride back home I honestly thought I was going to have to pull over, vomit and/or pass out and call for an ambulance. It was awful. Again, I sucked it up. Focused on my breathing, telling myself this feeling isn't forever, it's temporary and I made it home. But now here I am after a hot shower, pepto and some water, and my stomach is massively cramping up. I didn't even use the entire 6 scoops as recommended. I only used half that amount BOTH times and I still feel like this. I also forgot to mention that I had to make an emergency trip to the restroom at work and when I did I had blood on my toilet paper. So, yeah, stay away from this mass gainer. If anything, this made me stay away from all mass gainers. Drink this if you want a dry mouth, stomach cramps, foggy head, racing mind, state of panic/dread and blood on your toilet paper. Plus gas. Never. Again.

My only gripe is with the flavour and serving size, but otherwise if you're just looking to stack on some weight, it's a decent product I guess. Basically just a regular protein powder with a bunch of extra carbs.

Honestly this works really good, i’ve been trying many mass gainers for Years now but it has very less outcome. This works like magic! Of course you need a Proper routine of workouts and other food habits to back the muscle gain. I’ve never had anything like this. Though its a bit pricey, I’d personally vouch for it. Thanks for a great Product!
