Comfortable, and they work as expected - I only have two small issues with these: 1) regarding the strap that goes under your foot to prevent the cuff riding up, one of the cuffs has it sewn on upside down, so I have to flip it in order to use the velcro, and 2) it seems they sent me two of the same side (left or right, no idea?), but they identical, rather than 'right/left-handed (footed?) I'm using them for cable leg curls, and cable leg adductors/abductors, and only use the larger D-rings. Very pleased with them so far!

I loved these until today, the strap on one broke during the middle of one of my leg exercises causing my right knee to slam into the base of my Total Gym. Of course the 30 day money back guarantee ended 2 days ago. I would not trust the stitching on the side hooks.
