This item is loved by all four of my boys ages 2-8. I will note that the first one I received managed to have a stripped screw in the battery department upon unboxing however Amazon made the return seamless and I was sent a new one right away and dropped off the first to a local drop off location where my return barcode was scanned and I was on my way. The light table has so many fun uses and ways to imagine and play. So far my kids have really enjoyed the incudes clear tray and the included measuring cup and toys to use it with water. We added a chip from a bath color tablet we had and they could keep busy suctioning the water out of the container and into the cup for about an hour. Sometimes adding the little bug critters it includes to capture with the included plastic trapper pieces. The colors for the extras for the light table are great- from the blue of the measuring cup to the purple bulb on the baster and all the colored panels for creating shapes and animals- this piece is both engaging and creative. Immediately I noticed the quality feel of the table and the well constructed add on toys included with it. I love that the table itself has a light yet smooth textured material making the base to the frame and the other pieces are solid, smooth, and well made. I believe this piece is made well as well as well thought out for imaginative and creative play. I love that even the boxing materials and included packaging material of shredded part can be utilized for play as well.

I absolutely love this table, it is made well, has everything for hours of entertainment and learning for your child. I was a little hesitant at the beginning as there was no review available on Amazon, but then decided to give it a try. I looked everywhere for a light table that is affordable and even the cheapest options don’t even come with anything. So decided to give this one a try. It comes with translucent shapes and bugs, the tray can be filled with sand, water or shredded paper( last one is included). Lights are color changing and very nice to look at. It didn’t come with the cable, luckily my old computer charger was a match. But didn’t like having it plagged while my son was playing with water, so I switched to rechargeable batteries ( not included either). I’d like to get one for my classroom as well, but for now I’ll have to take this one sometime. I can’t talk about the longevity as we just got it but it feels solid and with proper care i expect it to last.

We LOVE this! So many ways to use it and never ending creativity. We use this almost daily with our 3 year old and it keeps him busy! Worth every penny! Very high quality and durable. Our 3 year old can be rough on toys but this has held up nicely so far!

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas and it has turned out to be one of her favorite gifts. She plays with it almost every day. The light changes colors and she loves all the extra pieces that came with it. It seems to be pretty sturdy as well. I have caught my 2 year old sitting on it and it's still working great!

I purchased this for my 3.5 year old son for Christmas and it was his favorite gift by far surprisingly! Out of all the cars, tracks, and anything else a boy could want, he played with this ALL morning on Christmas. I also got him some capital and lower case letters to use with it which I suggest if you’re thinking of buying this table. It comes with neon colored shapes that you can use on the clear tracing sheets or with the shape cards to make pictures with the shapes. It also comes with little plastic bugs that my son plays with daily. Every morning since Christmas this is what he goes to first and he will play with it for HOURS. I also got him some kinetic sand for it and some other “sensory” type things. I paid $42 for this which is a great price for so many hours of educational entertainment! I would not hesitate to buy this for your little one! It is perfect size for toddler probably up to 7-8 years old. My son can turn it on and change the colors by himself so it’s very easy to use.
