It's very compact and the build quality feels good. It has a metal casing and the finish looks quite nice. I have a TP-Link Deco M4 and an IKEA smarthome hub plugged into it. I charged to 100% and unplugged it from the wall to test it several times. It keeps both devices on for about 4 hours. This is far better than the bulkier and heavier UPS' with lead acid batteries. My favorite thing about it is it allowed me to eliminate the power adapters simplifying and cleaning up my setup. It works fine. (My modem tends to not restart even with a momentary power gliltch, so this should save me there). I measured the 12V output and it was about 12.1 (perfectly within tolerance). I also measured the wall wart output for my modem, and it was similar. Also checked the polarity.I have not tried any other voltages or the USB connector.Interestingly, there a a whole bunch of adapters for different sizes of plugs.
