Good after sale service
I purchased the Heating Belt in August 2024, as the same was not working properly. I reported the matter the matter to the Company. They immediately attended to my complaint and set the heating belt in order. Now, it is working very nicely. Thanks Heatronics.

Disgusting Product and Worst Service
I bought the Heating Belt in Jan 2026, surprisingly the belt went out of order in just 2 months(Feb End 2026) . I tried to report the matter to the company via call, nobody received. So I emailed, to which I received reply only once, we need to call same number. Again when I tried to call no one recieved. Followups e-mail received no answer till date. Very disgusting product and service.

Gets warm fast
This is good and gets hot fast. Helps with keeping feet and back warm. I live in a very cold climate in Bhutan. And the size is good. Easy to use.

Good and relieving for Back Pain
So useful for someone who suffers from chronic lower back pain.The belt is incredibly easy to use - simply wrap it around your waist, plug it in, and adjust the heat setting to your liking. The heat is soothing and penetrating, and I can feel my muscles relaxing within minutes..It's also been a lifesaver during my menstrual period, providing quick and effective relief from cramps. The quality of the product is excellent - the material is soft and comfortable. The price is also very reasonable, especially considering the relief it provides.

I do not recommend to buy it at all . I ordered it a month ago and now it has suddenly stopped working . It is not heating up . Not satisfied with the products of your company @heatronics .
