Review: Good after sale service - I purchased the Heating Belt in August 2024, as the same was not working properly. I reported the matter the matter to the Company. They immediately attended to my complaint and set the heating belt in order. Now, it is working very nicely. Thanks Heatronics.

I tried to report the matter to the company via call, nobody received. So I emailed, to which I received reply only once, we need to call same number. Again when I tried to call no one recieved. Followups e-mail received no answer till date. Very disgusting product and service.
