classic blue raspberry taste and color
I got this syrup because I wanted a classic flavour to tryout on some shaved ice. The flavour of the syrup is exactly like what I expected from a typical blue raspberry candy or slush, it's perfectly sweet and mixes well into shaved ice. Overall I have no complaints about this syrup, it tastes really good and does it's job well.

Careful when opening!
Syruvia Snow Cone Syrup 12.7oz - Blue Raspberry Syrup For Shaved Ice, Snow Cones, Slushies, Italian Soda, Popsicles. Kosher, Dairy Free. I went to open this syrup. I peeled down the protective plastic covering over the lid, and the lid shot off the bottle and bounced off the lens of my glasses. Good thing I had my glasses on! The drops on my hand in the photo appeared as the lid bounced off my glasses and ricocheted over the counter and onto the floor on the other side. So please be careful when opening this. My bottle at least held contents under pressure!
