Mini Makeup Train Case

Arrived on time well wrapped and intact. Lovely packaging, comes in a gift box, so ideal as a gift. Lovely quality make up case, compact but room for all make up items. Has quilted dividers that you can position where you want them, in addition to the top pockets for brushes pencils etc. Size is 21.5 x 18.5 x 9.5 cms. Great size also for travelling. I'm using it for make up and cosmetics. There is a pull out black tray that will hold 20 nail polish bottles or lipsticks if you prefer to use it for that purpose. Alternatively the black tray could sit in a drawer and keep all those items neatly organised. Overall love it and would buy again.

Absolutely beautiful. It came in a beautifully presented box with tissue paper which surprise me a little because I didn’t expect that for what I was paying to be honest. The quality is great and has sturdy zips. It has adjustable velcro compartments and is absolutely massive!! I’m going to buy some more as Christmas presents!

Positives: This make up bag has a wonderful feel to it. Overall really really good quality and an amazing item to have in your suitcase/home. I use it as a permanent make up bag, it has space to take up a lot of items. It's not a daily make up bag. Could be improved: The main compartments could have been designed better, as the hook and piles become a little loose after a couple of months. Also, the brush compartment could have had a clear plastic cover (just like the brush case of the same brand) for easy cleaning.

i was very pleased and excited to receive this. it is absolutely perfect and has place for all the products i need - and even more. Also the design is very nice and classical and the quality is very impressive. it is a great help at organising your makeup with all the different compartments t provides.

Perfect for small amount of make up I use every day, I like the fact that you can see everything inside and have just enough compartments to keep your make up organised. It’s a good quality sturdy bag with an smooth zip. Th price is excellent too.

Very lovely case. I also liked the packaging it came in - you can tell this company take care and pride in their products. Plenty of room which I need. I bought this case along with two other times and I’d definitely recommend Ellis James as they’re all beautiful.

Fed up with rootling in the bottom of a make up bag and scratching all the smart packaging of my hard-earned products, purchased this for holidays. The case is a good size for a full sized tub of moisturiser, can accommodate a bottle of Double Wear foundation stood up and has a dedicated section which takes all your eye liners and concealers. This is held down with velcro and as others have commented, doesn't take your brushes without squashing them out of shape. Am considering trimming off the cover flap of this section so I can get at my pencils more easily. The foam grid is an either/or option, you can't have the flexible dividers in the positions you want and keep the grid. It's too tight to store Opi nailvarnishes, I've taken it out and am looking for another use for it. All in all, a good makeup travel bag that will stop things getting mixed up, shame it doesn't come in other colours.

It’s a nice makeup bag/case but the only problem I found is that the brush section is not big/tall enough for normal size brushes, only small ones so I couldn’t put all my brushes there as they didn’t fit due to the height. Maybe if the brush pocket was sideways/horizontal, that problem would be sorted.

Die Tasche ist genau wie auf den Bilder abgebildet. Die Nagellack-Einlage benötige ich jetzt nicht, aber evtl lässt die sich noch anderweitig einsetzten. Der Klett, um die Fächer einzuteilen, hält gut und rutscht nicht. Preis-Leistung Top!!

Tengo 3 artículos de la marca (ver foto) y estoy encantada con todos. Uso el grande de neceser, éste para el maquillaje y además tengo el joyero. Y no se puede viajar más elegante, la verdad. Esta bolsa de maquillaje viene con un inserto de gomaespuma para poner esmaltes de uñas (ver foto) y con 3 separadores, para compartimentar la bolsa, si no quieres usarlo para guardar esmaltes (otra foto) y tiene una solapa para proteger las brochas. Al principio lo usaba para viajar pero ahora lo uso para guardar mis esenciales de maquillaje, lo que uso en el día a día. La tengo en el baño, y sólo tengo que abrir para tenerlo todo junto y a mano. Y queda muy mona. También la uso de neceser cuando es un viaje de fin de semana. Muy recomendable.

I am very, very impressed with this bag! It is very well made, versatile, and looks terrific. It comes very nicely packaged, as if it was a much higher priced luxury-branded bag, nestled in a sturdy box and wrapped in thick tissue. It's about the size of a small lunchbox, which will tuck nicely into a suitcase. The light colored interior boasts three movable dividers for the main compartment, and on the lid, a flap-covered brush section, with a zippered pocket behind. It also comes with a dense foam insert which fills the main compartment for nail polish storage. It's trim-able with scissors, which I was hoping for. I cut off a quartet section to put into one corner of the bag bottom. That covers base & top coat, along with two colors, which is all I ever travel with. My only wish would have been for an interior mesh pocket, perhaps between the lid and the bottom, for my travel mirror (it won't fit in through the opening of the smaller zip pocket in the lid, and there would have been less protection for it there, anyway). Otherwise this is pretty close to the perfect travel cosmetics bag, thoughtfully designed and a real bargain at the price.

I really like this bag. The product is well built and doesn't look cheap. The design is lovely and classic. The structure is sturdy enough that the bag won't collapse even when it's empty. I want to have a bag that won't take up a lot of space but can still hold all my makeup items, and this bag fits my needs perfectly. It is smaller than most makeup bags on amazon, but it's deep enough to securely hold all my makeup and most of my toiletry supplies. My previous makeup bag was of similar size but very cheaply built (it was around $7), and things fell out and broke. I've been using this bag for two weeks, and I haven't had any major problem with it. The interior looks very nice and easy to clean, and the zippers are well made. I try to have my makeup items rest side-way in the bag and against the dividers, so I can store more items and easily reach them. The one part that I don't find very convenient is the Velcro that hold the cover for the brush holders. Whenever I open it, it tugs onto the cloth and I'm afraid I might break it. It's a common thing for most makeup bags I've come across, though. I hope they come up with another way around this. Another downside is the way the brush holders are aligned. If they made them sideways instead, they could potentially fit brushes with longer handles. I guess larger brushes defeat the goal to be as compact as possible anyways, so it's not a huge problem for me. Overall, I am quite impressed with this makeup bag. I would definite buy another one of these bags as well as check out their other products if I ever need to in the future.
