Great value and works a treat

Great product. Used it on my son's hair. I had to buy the rods, paper and some extra gloves and I would definitely get some wool to go around his head next time as the product drips all over (it does state in the instructions to use wool). I followed the steps and it turned out great. Some of his hair at the back wasn't long enough for the rods but it all mixes together anyway. Overall...great product. It does smell but it's not terrible and my son is fussy and managed through. It doesn't take that long to do either. Need to make sure you don't wash your hair for 72 hours afterwards. (So I assume if anything goes wrong or you don't like the look afterwards if you have washed it with shampoo hair would go straight again) He's had it for about 2weeks and so far it looks great he loves it! Definitely recommend and will buy again.

Great item, worked well

This at home perm kit is easy to use, there’s instructions that help the at home perm process become a lot easier. I am not a hairdresser and was able to use this easily. My hair is just below shoulder length and quite thick and I used 2 boxes. I also wanted a tight perm. This was achieved and when treating hair with curly hair products my curls were great and continue to be months later. This product did damage my hair and this is after I had grown out majority of my hair as I previously used to bleach it, although my healthy hair was damaged I believe this would be hard to avoid with any perming process unless done professionally. It wasn’t damaged massively but I did find using more expensive and products specifically for curled hair helped rejuvenate them. Months after my hair is feeling much better but also the straight roots are starting to come through. The perm kit itself definitely does the job and for an at home perm kit it’s worth it but I would not recommend for those with dyed/already damaged hair as I believe this would damage it much further.

A good product that works well. This full head of perm kit was more than sufficient for my collar length hair, there was plenty of lotion. Sadly these kits no longer provide the conditioner and cotton wool to stop drips, I used rolled up kitchen roll, and my own conditioner. All in all, a good product and good service from seller, both I am happy to recommend.

Simple, straightforward instructions which lead to a great result. I’ve used this 4 times now and never been disappointed.
