Only used it once so far, made great cookies! Better than Almond flour or Coconut flour (even when I blend almond/coconut). More to be revealed.

This is wonderful flour.

Quality is very good and meets our keto needs. For baking, would appreciate larger packaging, better pricing.

What the heck, literally disgusting. Not exactly sure what I am seeing in this mix-

Ok, yes there is a funky odor when you open the bag but cooking should take care of that unless you cook really bland. I use this flour to prep certain recipes that require regular flour and it performs well. Almond flour is ok but it does have a gritty texture and does not stick to food when you need dredging. I use this keto flour every once in a while and I think it is good for recipes, I never made bread with it so can't comment on that aspect.

Fair , not worth buying again

I was torn between giving this 2 or 3 stars. I would not describe this as “all purpose” flour. I’m 72 and I’ve done a lot of baking over the years with a wide range of different types of flour. This flour is dark in color and has a texture that I would not use in many different types of baked goods. I made biscuits and they were tolerable but certainly not the consistency or taste you would get from all purpose flour. It might make some tasty yeast rolls but it’s not a texture you could sift or use for cakes, pastries or breads unless you like a texture that is denser than normal flours. Also, as one other reviewer stated, there is a chemical taste. It’s not too bad but not ideal for baking many types of baked goods. It also did not mix like an all purpose flour. In the end, I gave 2 stars mainly because I was disappointed based on the products description not matching the results I had working with it. I don’t plan on buying it again or recommending it to anyone else.
