When I ordered these I also got a C200P as I was led to believe the APs needed a controller. This is not accurate. The APs can be managed and set-up from the Cudy app. They can also be managed by the first one you install. •All the needed features when it comes to VLANs, also has in-built SSID isolation for simpler networks. •PoE works faultlessley. •LED can sometimes be slighly hard to see. •Easy to configure with app. •Mesh system works very well - except beware some iOS devices will throw a "This network is operating on Wi-Fi channels in use by several other nearby networks." if you change names and assignments too many times. I think they 'learn' all APs seen at one location and will refuse to connect if there's a conflict.).

Bought this AP to replace an unreliable wireless mesh system. It works great - easy setup, much stronger signal than my router and looks tidy on the wall. Possibly not quite as configurable as more expensive makes, but I think most people just want a reliable AP that sits there and does it's job.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. Paired it with an 8 port Neatgear POE Switch, to give wired Wifi extension at home. Simple plug and play 💯

ok so I took a punt on these, they seemed too cheap but i was fed up with my existing wifi being slow, and the kids had gone away for the weekend so I was home alone and thought what the hell, lets have some man time playing about with new wifi gear... They arrived next day, I plugged one in, setup the passwords, ran a speed test using the Google speed test app, and "WOW" the difference was incredible! i'm getting almost double the speed i was getting before in multiple rooms around the house. Its an old Victorian house with brick walls and the 5G wifi is not struggling at all. I think for the money you really cant go wrong with these. Also once you have one setup and working, the second one will automatically get managed by the first which means changing settings like wifi network can be done from one place - no controller required. The sticky drilling guide is useful too.

Excellent wifi access point that does the job. Easy setup, connection and great signal strength.

Poor gui and limited settings

Simple installation. Good range and speed indoor. Unfortunately not compatible with outdoor accesspoint for mesh network. Size is pretty big.

Just installed this today; it was fast and easy, and setting it up online was simple with the quick startup. I recommend updating the firmware immediately to get more features. If you don't know how to do that, you shouldn't be using your own router. What sold me is that the company is a startup from ex TP-Link employees and it's not a major brand, and the second reason is that the firmware is based on OpenWRT, so I don't have to install OpenWRT.

Branché en POe chez moi et fonctionne super bien. Étant donné que j'ai déja des CUDY chez moi il c'est configurer tout seul. Pendant les fêtes on était 20 connecté dessus pas de perte de vitesse. Je vous conseil cette AP wifi pour ceux qu'il veulent du vrai wifi chez eux.
