I am giving this a five stars because the pipe in itself is beautiful and no fault of Rossi whatsoever, there pipe I ordered smoke's wonderful and will continue to purchase Rossi pipes because I am a huge fan so the pipe gets full stars but Amazon the way they delivered the pipe to me was horrible, it came in a paper sack and the pipe box was smashed while the pipe was out of the box, thank heaven's it was still sealed in it's plastic and was not damaged but just the way it showed up to me tell's me that Amazon does not care about attention to detail by sending this beautiful pipe to me the way they did, this is not the first time either this has happened. Sometime's products ordered come in great shape with a sturdy box and well packaged and other time's it comes in rough shape and I do not understand it because it reflects on great business's like Rossi which is Savinelli and Savinelli is top notch in everything they do. Come on Amazon what the heck are you doing? As a customer there sloppy way of sending products makes me feel third class like my business means nothing to them and that is just the way it make's me feel. So to Rossi thank you for the perfect piece of art 5 STARS but to Amazon ZERO STARS shame on you, it should not be this way in any way, shape or form.

For the money, 5 stars. Honestly, this is just as good as an ordinary Savinelli in my opinion, I couldn't find a fault. If you want a slightly better experience, you'll pay an additional $50 or more to buy a high-end Savinelli or a nicer estate pipe. But I'm great with this one... super comfortable to hold, and quite good-looking. So far, super easy to clean, too. This is my go-to, Savinelli/Rossi are solid; no worry about the outer finish, the stem, or bowl.

I was not impressed, I expected more based on the price and brand. It gets hot very quickly and the stem is soft plastic that doesn't encourage holding it with your teeth.

Rossi makes a great pipe. This one is beautiful, but once again. Amazon has the worst delivery in the entire world. I'm not saying something considering all the other alternatives.

Great pipe after small modification. I probably voided the warranty. lol but I took it upon myself to drill out the stem to accept 6mm filters. I was successful and now have a very satisfying smoke. Pipe is well made with a beautiful finish. Its now one of my favorites. Rossi makes a good product , make sure you read the full reviews because all Rossi's dont have filter access. I missed that part. I still consider it a good purchase.

The item is in mint condition, burns flawlessly, draws better than the best well of water.
