Levoit 20dB Silent Tower Fan, 5.5W-26W Energy Saving Fan for Bedroom & Home

I bought this as a second tower fan to my Dyson. I find it a far better tower fan and far more cooling than my Dyson which is struggling in the heatwaves we’ve been facing. It’s obviously far less expensive than the higher end tower fans - yet it’s a brilliant cooling fan. It’s smart and easy to use - even with a slot to keep the little remote control which I’d normally misplace! It tells you the room temperature when you turn it on, ranges from low to high power cooling fan, rotates, much quieter than the Dyson, has an easy to use timer and it’s light weight. I’d highly recommend for your everyday rooms to keep cool!

This is absolutely BRILLIANT!! Real quality item. Well packaged, easy to assemble (literally just putting the 2 sections of the base together). It is so QUIET! The number of functions it has is outstanding, even a night mode that switches all the LED display off and adapts to temperature changes as you sleep!!! Absolutely worth every penny!!

Well, this looks very very promising. With an impending amber weather alert for high temperatures it’ll probably only be used half a dozen times but my research bought me back to this fan every time. I went for the latest 20db model - the energy consumption seems minuscule at 26w max - but it is so quiet and so powerful straight out the box. Obviously I don’t read the instructions but I really didn’t need to to put this together. Exaggerating to say 2 minutes - simply clip the base together, undo the threaded ring on the bottom - base into bottom of unit and rescrew the ring to secure the fan upright. Dead easy. Various settings through standard, high and auto the machine actually senses the room temp and adjusts the speed of the fan, very clever. A night/ sleep mode uses this technology - I did read that in the instructions eventually. It oscillates depending on your setting, neatly using a small remote control which slides in ( see it to understand the simplicity) the main unit to keep it safe. You can turn off the beep of the control very easily. One criticism might be it lacks a little handle on the top to move it round…that’s being picky, it is perfectly portable to be honest anyway. Have actually bought another one. Pleased I didn’t go for one of then cheaper ones - I hope this is reliable. I think we will be really pleased with them. 1 month on update These have been a life saver in the heat, so good, really pleased to have bought them.

What a fantastic machine this is ! Bought it specifically for the bedroom and said it had quiet bedroom mode - quiet would be an understatement we cant actually here it at all. Twelve settings ranging from gentle to what I can only term is hurricane mode. It was easy to put together and set up, switch on, pick fan strength and that's it, even I can carry it to wherever I want it, could not recommend it more. With the weather the way it is I'm just so grateful I ordered and got it before the 3rd heat wave started. Excellent price for an excellent machine.

I bought the white & black model. Great tower fan , it is whisper quiet up to about level 5 , then gets a little noisier as you go higher , but still a lot quieter than any other fan I've owned. Looks nice & it's very light weight making it easy to move around. Only negatives for me are the power cord is too short & would be nice if the oscillating feature had different settings instead of just 90 degree oscillation. Nice to have a remote control and the night setting is great. Overall it's a fantastic item at a great price.

This fan is nice and quiet. You have the choice of several fan speeds including a program for sleeping. Easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. Reasonably priced. A handy remote is included as well as a large top pannel for manual operation. Would recommend.

This is a Which? best buy and I was lucky enough to get one in this weather! I am more than happy with my purchase. It is well made and designed, and I have no doubt will last for many years. It's not cheap, nor ludicrously expensive like some, but in my opinion, excellent value for money. Loads of speeds and features , light and easy to move, is very quiet, plus an excellent remote control. It's 30C and I have it next to me on level one of twelve keeping me cool and I cannot hear it. Bliss.

Pardon the pun, but this item is "fan"tastic. Very simple to use with a handy remote control. The twelve speed settings mean you can find the best balance between cooling breeze and noise, particularly for going to sleep (helps to avoid those arguments with your partner if you have different levels of heat and noise tolerance). On the lower settings it is very quite but still produces a reasonable air flow. The automated sleep function reduces the fan speed as the temperature reduces.
