The product looks great with solid metal construction. Pro installed this as part of bathroom remodeling. Seeing two problems. Sent note to seller, waiting for response. One, the flow control dials are not easily accessible, recessed into the panel. Our installer's claiming there are no instructions to help. Waiting for response from seller on how to fix the issue. So that we can operate the flow control dials without difficulty. Second, The handheld and 6" shower head have very good flow and force. But the water flow/force is very weak from the overhead rain shower(12"), even though the flow dial is set to max flow and only the rain shower button is on. Not sure what's the issue. I asked the installer to check it. I have also posted question to seller about troubleshooting. It looks awesome. But, if this can't get fixed, sadly I will have no option but to return it. Update: The seller went above and beyond in providing great support in addressing issues. For the flow dials recessed, Seller sent another set of customized dials. I have not yet installed them. I can share new pictures after installing them. We have also resolved the second issue by clearing the filter with debris. The shower is undoubtedly top class and working great so far. I was concerned about the product as it's not one of the well known brands at local hardware stores. Outstanding customer support extended by the seller completely changed my perspective. I will confidently consider buying their product for my next project.

I was hesitant to order this because I didn’t recognize the brand. But I was so impressed with the packaging and the quality of the product- it was a great experience unpacking everything and seeing the level of detail that was put into this product. The shower works great and we love how it looks in our new bathroom. It looks like we spent thousands of dollars. I would recommend buying this 100%.

Ordered 2 of these units and they work as advertised. They are packaged immaculately. Each individual item is in a sealed bag. The entire box is compartmentalized in foam for protection. They even ship little white gloves (which I have no use for, but a nice added touch if needed I guess). The finish is perfect and the quality of the material is above average and sturdy. A great buy for the price and would buy again. I do have one small issue however. One of the systems was packaged without the rubber seal on the cap needed for the 12" extension for the 12" rainfall head. So there isn't a rubber seal where the post mounts into the ceiling. To ensure the cover fit snug so it wouldnt fall, I ended up scratching the post upon installation as a result. The other unit works perfectly and looks great.

Switched out my old shower setup because it was acting all sad and squeaky. This new one looked kinda cool, so I gave it a shot. It has a nice clean look and that black finish does not scream look at me, which I actually like. The buttons are kinda fun to push too, like a tiny control panel for showering. Felt a bit fancy at first, but now it is just normal and does what I need. The water pressure is solid. That big shower head up top feels like standing in the rain but in a good way, not like getting caught in a storm. The handheld one is useful when I am trying to rinse off quick or clean the tub. There is another smaller head on the wall which I did not even expect to like, but turns out it is not bad. All of them switch with one button, which is easier than twisting knobs like it is rocket science. It was not the fastest thing to install though. Took me a bit longer than I thought, mostly getting it lined up right and figuring out the ceiling mount part. Also, if you have low water pressure already, the fancy parts will not feel super amazing. It still works fine, but maybe not full spa vibes unless your plumbing is good. In the end, it looks sharp and works well. I do not think it is life-changing or anything, but it is definitely an upgrade from what I had before. If you are into simple style with a couple of extras, it is worth a look. I mean, anything that gets me out of the shower quicker on a Monday morning is a win.

It’s really a great choice. The product is good packed. It’s easy to install by ourselves, and it looks very nice.

DO NOT BUY! The product looks very well made, that’s why I ordered 3 sets. After installing, it’s only been 3 months, we are having issues with one of the rain shower heads already. Check the pic, it’s happening with only one of the showerheads, and we don’t have hard water for this to happen in just 3 months. So I reached out to the seller seeking product support to see if they can replace it. Because the shower systems were already installed, we can’t return the whole set. Amazon customer support is trying to resolve this issue. But as the return window has passed they couldn’t do anything. So if you don’t care about the product support and take your chances, go ahead and buy this. This seller doesn’t even sell the parts separately, if you ever need to replace any in the future.
