Will these work in the day time for a classroom?

Yes. If you change their circadian cycle, they can be programmed to light up during daytime hours. You would need a dark area during the daytime and lights on a time timer for the nighttime. PyroFarms sells programmable LED grow lights. More information on this at PyroFarms.

Can you pour these in you pool to make it glow for an evening party?

Most pools have chlorine and other chemicals which will kill the living algae. And these algae require saltwater with salinity close to ocean concentrations.

Can they be used in a fountain? I’d like to create a water feature with salt marsh plants in a cabinet basically.

For short periods of time. We have never tested PyroDinos in a fountain long-term.

At what temperature should I keep them?

Moderate temperatures are recommended. 9C to 31C (48F to 88F). The ideal temperature is 20C (68F).
