GREAT way to cook pasta. Have used to cook aspsragus also. Easy to use.

The ONLY con I can think of is if you’re trying to make a large portion of pasta. Even so, you can still use it more than once if you want a bunch of pasta. But for me personally I usually only make it for myself, so it’s great. Super easy to use, the pasta comes out perfectly, and it’s so much faster than having to boil water. The fact That it comes with a built in strainer makes it even more perfect. Super easy to clean too, just clean it in the sink with soap and water. I highly recommend this for anyone who eats pasta a lot.

This product works as advertised. The measuring tool was helpful as well. The instructions were clear and simple. It was easy to store and my pasta come out just right.

After my initial first use of this microwave pasta cooker I couldn't wait to write this review because it is the most useful kitchen helper ever! I followed the directions which was very easy to understand, measured out the spaghetti pasta and filled the container with water as shown in the very clear directions with the unique measuring tool that was provided. I am (was) an old fashion cook going through the traditional philosophy of heating the water, adding the pasta, waiting to see it boil and then reduce heat so the boiling water wouldn't overflow the pan, etc. etc. etc. Well, I was that person but now, I am 100% a believer in microwave spaghetti. It is perfection in al dente! The strainer top is perfect to strain the cooked spaghetti too! My husband was very happy and had two helpings for dinner! Folks, no fooling, this kitchen item is beyond expectations in value, economy and perfection! This will make a perfect gift for birthdays, wedding showers, Christmas and any other food related holiday!

Makes great pasta and fast. I followed the directions on the pasta amt and water amt and the cook time. Once it was done the pasta was great but the clean up was horrible. My glass turn table in the microwave and all under it was covered in most of the water which boiled up through the vent holes. After many paper towels I got the mess cleaned up and thankfully the water did not get into my center piece under the glass tray to the electrical . I used it again but put it in a shallow casserole dish to catch the water. Still messy but only some water overflowed from the casserole dish. So I’ll need to find something diff to place it in next time. Other than that it is easy and fast. Just very messy.

Wow! Wish I had bought this sooner! I was hesitant to buy another "gadget" for my kitchen, but this one is worth it. It cooks spaghetti without hogging a stove burner and without needing to wait for water to come to a boil, it uses much less water, and takes less time than traditionally boiled in-a-pot spaghetti! I find the cooking time needed is less than the instructions advertise, also. Very easy to clean, too. Buy it!

Cheaper than using the hob and no steamy kitchen. Pasta cooked to perfection.
